Member organisations of United Way Worldwide. are located in six countries in the continent of Africa, including Ghana, South Africa, Mauritius, Kenya, Nigeria, and Uganda. Emerging United Way members are Swaziland and Senegal. UWW largest number of member organisations is in South Africa with six local member organisations. The oldest United Way member outside of North America is the Community Chest Western Cape in Cape Town which has been in existence for 80 years.
