United Way Ghana (UWG) is a not-for-profit organization that puts your hard-earned cash, expertise and professional knowledge into the hands of those who need your support. Its Share With Your Community (SWYC) scheme contains a package of programs each designed to offer individuals at home and abroad a range of giving options tailored to suit their needs.

According to a research conducted by United Way of America, Companies in workplace campaigns and corporate gifts, account for 75% of all the dollars raised by United Ways in the United States.
Please contact us if you feel you or your organization are ready to consider this efficient and highly effective way to mobilize life changing contributions.

The Scholarship program is providing scholarships for brilliant but needy children throught out Ghana. Currently, 110 pupils in the Akropong, a town in the Eastern Region of Ghana are benefitting from a gift from Richard and Laurie Reidmand. Some of these pupils are orphans and others the children of poor peasant farmers.

The One Heart Two Loves program allows expatriates living in Ghana to share their donations between community-led projects in their home country and here in Ghana. We can help you support these organizations by channeling your donations through to United Way organizations in your home country and here at United Way Ghana. We have the capacity to handle and share funds between our affiliate organizations and can provide you with a progress report of how these funds have been used. Simply specify your donated amount, outline your means of payment and let us do the rest.
